In the village there a huge Fransican monastery is located with 3 monks left. Our house owner arranged a guided tour with one of the monks for us. We were guide in perfect German through the library containing. 12 000 books dating back towards the 15 th century and a small ethnographic museum, a really interesting 1 hour tour. At the end the monk asked us, how did you find this place? Well, a true question the last visitor entry in the visitors book was 2 weeks ago, probably not the main tourist hotspot like Mostar....smile
After this hike an a quick lunch desert from our hosts we made our way towards Prokoško Jezero, the most beautiful Bosnian mountain lake, but we made a quick stop a Visosko, where in 2005 it was claimed that the first European pyramids where discovered - everything still pretty mystical though - what can be seen are three pyramidal shaped mountains overgrown, but the excavations revealed stone covering below the surface and there is a tunnel leading in to the middle of the pyramid - well we did not want to spend 5 € each to see excavated stone plates - so we let the myths be and will come back when the first Pharaoh of Visko is discovered .....

After this mystical experience we made our way on the dusty mountain road towards our mountain stop. It was a nice drive and the best was that the temperature dropped from 37 to 22, what a relieve !
We found a beautiful hut to rent with a nice terrace and could enjoy the cool evening in the mountains.
