A day in Sarajevo

Today we spent the whole day in Sarajevo changing between sights and cafes - a pretty sweet way of sightseeing.
Our cosy breakfast spot in Sarajewo
The morning views are stunning from the mountain over Satajevo

Photo Sphere View from the spot! - click here...

This announcement is fine for me, I can skip guns, knives and heavy artillery but I cannot skip my evening beer at 37 degrees in the shade....

Old graves meet new Sarajevo

The first coffe stop - how could you resist - smile
View to the main square
The forme town hall when Austria had the rule in Sarajewo

The second coffee stop

The Orthodox Church just around the corner of the mosque

The Kusumlija madrasah
And the old Jewish temple just around the corner
Plastic fantastic...

The old emperors name used as a hostel - if this would have been allowed during the old times ....
The traces of the war are still visible
The heart of Jesus cathedral

And the next mosque around the corner

Traces from the Austrian empire

You could yourself imagine to be in Vienna

Views across the river from where Sarajevo was heavily shot at
The miljacka river
Locks on the bridge

The university of Sarajevo
And a proper guide to drinking a various temperatures
Good night Sarajevo - it was a beautiful day
